All pre-orders are prepared specifically for your requested pickup date and time. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled pickup date. Cancellations received 7 or more days before pickup are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received less than 7 days before pickup are non-refundable. Changes to orders within 7 days of pickup cannot be guaranteed and will be accommodated only when possible. If you are unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
