the founding story

In 2020, Dylan Leary hatched a plan with his grandfather, Frank Hursey, to buy a seven-acre organic farm. Together with his father, Dennis Leary, and uncle, Mark Gentilozzi, the vision for Love Farms began to take root.

The purchase of 607 Main Street in 2021 opened new possibilities, and with Pelham Hospitality Managing Partner, John McCarthy, the partnership grew into what Love Farms is today β€” a destination built on purpose, family, and connection.

Rooted in integrity and guided by the values of hospitality, Love Farms brings people together around the shared joy of honest food and meaningful experiences.

A Little Love InΒ YourΒ Feed

Our Tuna Burger is a little taste of everything we lβ™‘ve about Cape Cod β€” incredible local seafood, produce grown right here, and a kitchen that makes it all from scratch.

The story starts with fresh bluefin and yellowfin tuna from The Clam Man, a family-run Cape Cod seafood business with more than 40 years of experience bringing quality seafood to local restaurants and communities. @theclammancapecod
Then it comes home to Love Farms.

πŸ₯’ Yuzu kosho cucumbers, grown right here on the farm
πŸ₯¬ Napa cabbage, also grown at Love Farms, coated in tempura and fried until perfectly crisp
πŸ§… Red onions, pickled in-house
πŸ™ Black sesame + nori aioli, made in our kitchen
🍞 Our signature brioche bun, baked fresh daily

Every component is thoughtfully prepared in-house, bringing together the best of the ocean, the farm, and our kitchen.

The Tuna Burger: tuna steak, black sesame & nori aioli, yuzu kosho cucumbers, pickled red onions, crispy cabbage + fresh-baked brioche.

From Cape Cod waters to the Love Farms kitchen. 🧑

This is one of the best times of year on the farm, when months of planning, planting, and care begin to fill our fields with fresh harvests every day.🧑πŸ₯•πŸ₯¬

From basil, carrots, cucumbers, cabbage, and leafy greens to herbs picked just hours before service, so much of what we’re harvesting now is making its way straight into our kitchen, onto your plate, and onto the shelves of our Market for you to bring home.πŸ₯¬πŸ†πŸ₯’πŸ₯•πŸ…

It’s a full-circle process that starts with our incredible farm team, continues through our culinary team, and ends around your table.

Whether you’re joining us for dinner, picking up ingredients for tonight’s meal, or simply stopping by to see what’s in season, this is what summer on the farm is all about.

Here’s to the start of Cape Cod’s peak harvest season. 🌱
